Hi Guys,
I flew a 690a a couple of years ago for a small job we had on, now my boss is looking into purchasing one.
does anybody have a POH or performance data the ycan pass onto me please?
the one we used had -5s but we are interested in data for the -10s aswell
total fuel
fuel burn - max range / max endurance
TAS -max range / max endurance
and the max range / endurance
@ 20000ft
@ 25000ft
any help would be much appreciated
thanks in advance

For that kind of stuff, you might try running some flight plans on fltplan.com. I know they have 690 profiles. The 980 profile that I use there tends to be fairly pessimistic on fuel, and almost right on in the times.

Sam,
I have the pertinent POH data digitally or you can buy an entire POH new for a reasonable price.
Give me a call and/or text me your email if you’d like some perspective on the info.

Bruce, how much is a 980 POH?

Don,
$224.36, 1 in stock. Get ‘me while they are hot! ;)
(Given even copy cost down at kinkos that’s a heck of a price that surprised me. I would not be surprised if they are a lot more soon)

Does that include the binder?
And, is that a real, official POH that I can use in the airplane, or is it one "for reference only?"

Good question. The binder will be $4,487.78 plus shipping and tax and is required equipment.
Just kidding, Yes, that is my cost and your cost for a shiny new one not some crap I’ve mistakenly bought from eBay.
Yes, you can use it but will need to transfer your 337’s, W&B, etc plus check revisions though I think those should be up to date.

Far from a 690 or 980 POH... but had to share...
As part of cleaning out my garage for a new roof-job on the house I came across boxes of my past flying life in the mid-80's that included a straight 500 flight manual. Got it from one of Morris' old birds I guess. Only flew one straight 500 in my life.
Probably wouldn't pass muster for an official flight manual or what is now a POH, but was kinda cool anyway...
That and my BE-77 (Skipper) and C-23 (Sundowner) POH's. Then there was the PA-24, BE-76 an C205 Skywagon doc's. Imagine an ASA Flight Instructor study course with cassette tapes ;-), circa 1985.
Not to mention every receipt from getting my PPL in 1981 and the accounting on binder paper to pay my parents back. Rent a Skipper for $26/hour wet, club rate. Amazing...
Oh the memories of the good old days...

The sad thing is, I really only need the binder. My POH is in okay shape and up to date, and of course has all my specific weight and balance, supplements, 337s, etc but my binder is coming apart. It's not even one of the cool red ones, just a Twin Commander white one, so it's obviously been replaced at least once.

I’d suggest Office Depot. They are probably at least $3.

There's no fun in that! I want a Twin Commander binder, preferably a red one, but a white one if necessary... maybe if I took mine to Office Depot, they could re-create it?
A better solution is probably just for me to repair it with a lot of tape.
