This plane flies great and is the perfect candidate for upgrades as it has a System 65 with altitude pre-select, GTN 750, Primus 200 radar that works and has factory radar mount, deice boots, Cleveland brakes, hot props, etc. Even a decent El CID interior with new carpet going in. It has a fresh annual and 411/413k but my plan is to go through it including a panel upgrade, paint, hoses, frameless windows, boots, and overhaul of the 1400 hour engine. Engine mount bulletin not completed but guaranteed. Cold downtown Airpark Freon air. Other engine is about 400 SMOH with good compressions but probably needs a cylinder valve guide work as it does push some oil out the breather under the nacelle. Of course so does my recent overhaul on mine. A friend of mine has been around the plane for 20 years and it was his first corporate flying job and he put a couple thousand hours on the plane. Plane had nose gear repair by downtown Airpark and made it all the way to last year before taking some hail, mostly light and easily repaired with paint existing paint could be cleaned up and shows no corrosion or failure. $189,000
