Website not secure message

Getting this message on my iPhone when logging in. Makes me nervous as I’ve never seen this and I’ve had “friends” who have been to sketchier intraweb sites without seeing this.  What’s up? Glenn? Adam?

Apple or Android?  I just logged into my phone and it worked just fine.

It is possible though on some wireless networks that you might get a warning due to it being public.  But not really sure outside of that.
