lol, well, actually....
I now own a Beech 18, a Lockheed 12 and the twin Commander. I've decided to sell the 18 and keep the commander as my backup. I've already sent and received the gear box that was causing the left prop to feather and I've found a cylinder shop that guarantees his work to go to TBO. Morris always said my problem with cylinders was due to shops not lining things up properly when they install the valve guides and this shop spends extra time to make them perfect. Supposedly. :-)
We'll see. But honestly, I love the Lockheed, but nothing flies as good as the Commander. Working through an annual now so hopefully will have her flying soon.
