No. There are certain things which have to be done, plus labor to open the engine up, etc. Then there are parts which are life-limited and need to be replaced (in my case, only one wheel, on one engine). Also, there are service bulletins which may need to be done. Then there is what you find once you are in there.
According to the shop who quoted mine (who do a lot of 331s), if a -10 is running fine and making normal power, they usually don't find too much that is messed up once they are in there. However, there is always that risk.
Everything except the "stuff you find once you're in there" can be forecasted based on the logs.
