680FP Pressure system valves

So last night I spent a considerable amount of time researching my pressure system. The symptoms are that it works but blows hot air into the cabin despite turning dials and wishing to be cool. The service manual has a test procedure to do on the system on the ground so I started through it.
After removing the fresh air vent line that runs to the over head vents I discover that one of the two valves is stuck open. The issue is my heater has been replaced so the orientation of the valves is different. So I continue my research to try to discover which valve is which and to my complete surprise it turns out the shop in Athens hooked the plentum hoses up wrong so I have to swap them out.
After more tests we discover that the valve that is stuck open is not moving on any tests and is therefore bad. We have power going to the valve but its motor seems to be open and not responding. So off to the hunt...
On a side note: A friend that works at Delta came by to talk about flying and knew a good deal about the air systems on the jets. After looking inside my airplane he proclaimed (wow, this is just like the jet systems) and proceeded to explain the entire system and flow of air to me. SO I now have a really good understanding of exactly what is going on in there.
After my valve motor is replaced my next stop is going to be figuring out why the system is overheating.

Who makes the enviro system? Fairchild? I know the pump is New York Airbrake (unobtanium), but I don't think they made the enviro system, right? If it's Fairchild, you should have plenty of parts availability.

Slumming it in the turboprop world - so you don't have to.

Not Fairchild and the valve assembly is actually Barber Colman. I just found the entire assembly including the valve which I don't need for $7k. Still looking around and Consolidated said they can repair mine, but the motor itself is what went out. So trying to see if I can find the motor.
Here are a few pics of the entire actuator and the second is of the motor itself.
