N840GH new home

As some of you know, I finally own a commander and we brought her home yesterday. 840 with dash 10ís.

A huge shout out to Jim Worrell at Eagle Creek. We flew commercial to Indy Tuesday and Jim flew the plane to oregon with us yesterday.

We made some good memories in 24 hours.

I first talked to Jim about commanders in 2015. I got close a few times with various aircraft that fit the wish list. About 6 months ago I decided the next 840/980 with dash tens that came on the market that had low times and nicely equipped was going to be mine.

Next comes training.

I also want to thank Don and Steve for helping me keep the dream alive and the advise they have given me.

Nice!
Are you based on the West Coast?

Love the speeds of the dash 10ís.
Itís amazing really. The airplanes donít look particularly slippery up close.
As Adam said in a different thread, the 331ís donít seem to get a lot of love.

Congratulations Eric! Very envious! I'll have to stop by and say next time I'm up that way! ;D
Slumming it in the turboprop world - so you don't have to.
