Chincoteague VA

My son is working for Raytheon on assignment at Wallops Island, VA, so we flew him down there as part of last week's east coast adventure. Wallops is right next to Chincoteague VA, which is a cute resort town with a nice beach. We stayed at a pretty nice waterfront hotel, and went for a walk on a beautiful beach.

The airport options are sort of limited-- if only Wallops Island was open to GA! I went to Salisbury MD this time, and previously went to Accomack VA. Neither is perfect-- Accomack is slightly more convenient but has no rental cars, while Salisbury, although further away, has all the amenities you'd expect.

A fun place to visit.

We were in Massachusetts and Maine! Not Philly, though.

My son was living in Philly earlier this year, but I didn't end up visiting him there.

Well, you never know! I expect to be back there a fair amount over the next few years.

We do a cross country every now and then.  Not sure there has been a pic with x3 980's since maybe at the Bethany factory in 80s?!?!

If you come out west let me know and I will try and hook up.  Maybe the stars will align align and the three of us can be on the same ramp.
