Compressor washes

Whatís the recommendations on compressor washes and how are they done on a TPE 331-1-151 engine. Bill Archer

I don't think they're done at all.
Slumming it in the turboprop world - so you don't have to.

I've never heard of a compressor wash in relation to a 331. That is purely a PT6 thing.

Not just PT6ís, you can find plenty of Pratt (and other brand) powered late model jets with $500-1MM bills for corrosion issues. Makes a 331 look like a miracle of modern engineering and reliability. Itís amazing.
