Anyone know who owns it? It's in Santa Fe for the night and I want to say hi.

Looking at flightaware, they may not have the best pressurization. It hasn't been over FL 250 in a while.

Hard to say... but they have owned it since 2005.

The only time I fly a 5psi plane above 250 is briefly to top weather, or maybe to play around with a 100kt tailwind if no pax on board.

Gawd, I've spent so much time skimming the top of clouds with the cabin at 10,500'. At least heating the smiles is a lot cheaper than ice vanes on a pw.

I fly my 5psi 980 at 270 or 280 almost all the time.

I’m with you. My only 2 altitudes. 9,500 cabin at 270, low flow, all the time.

840PS has a CCU so maybe he’s afraid 😳

I kid. Owner and pilot are good guys … not sure why they don’t go where the going is best …

Actually, with the Schiff unit he might be struggling to get 5psi, from what I have heard. And making it work correctly is an issue as well.
