Because I don't have enough other issues to work on I decided that I am going to upgrade my Apollo GPS to a Garmin 530W and moving a number of other things around in the process. I've spent the last 4 days solid cutting and splicing and moving everything. I have new radio rack built and ready to have 530 Wired up next week. Also installing a new 790 JPI engine monitor to replace the current 760 and adding fuel flow.
With all my prep work I'm hoping to have it to the shop on Monday and back by Wed, Thur next week. Will send pictures when I get it back.
Very excited and still hopeful that I can fly this bird on the Caribbean trip in April.
