Manual to old Collins FD-108...

It's a long shot, but would anyone have one or a copy? Mine is illegible by now as it's an old copy of a copy.

Amazing what you can find on ebay...

http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xcollins+fd-108.TRS0&_nkw=collins+fd-108&_sacat=0

Pricey, though! Maybe contact the guy and make an offer-- I can't imagine there is much demand, especially for the pilot's guide. A google search definitely brings up some options.

I did see that one, Don, but as you, thought it was a little rich. Might give him an offer he can't refuse…

I've got FD112 manuals, but that wouldn't do you much good :)...if anybody else here needs those, let me know.

You may have already seen these, but here are a couple of options.

Are you sure the manual isn't with the airplane? It really is supposed to have all that stuff, and if it's missing, you might check with the seller.

I do have it, but it's old Xerox copies on blank paper that has faded in the sun. It's almost impossible to read. I was thinking of scanning it and then having some OCR software "read" it and make a new copy, but I fear it might be too faded even for that.

Do you mean the AFM supplement, which is in the back of the flight manual (and often is some Xeroxed pages), or do you mean the little book, such as the one on eBay?

If it's the AFM supplement, Twin Commander or Collins might be able to get you one. Actually, I'm sure Twin Commander could get you one, but I'm not sure if it would be free or they would charge you.
