Flew My Commander To Reno This Year

I flew out to Reno (only my first trip to see the Air Races) this year and really enjoyed the trip and the races.  Parked at Carson City, stayed in Reno, saw some old friends and really enjoyed the week...and the flight around the mountains to get there.

Wish I could have seen you there.  I ended up with engine trouble and had to cancel my trip.

As I mentioned, it was a great trip.  I have wanted to go since I was an AF LT (LOTS of years ago).  This was my first chance.  An old squadron mate was supposed to race with the jets but his L-39 was down.  Still, a great week of fun!
