Bruce, if you have a minute.  Just trying to pickup some of the nuances.
Other than TT, Engine run out, etc. what would explain a +300K bigger price tag (assuming asking price is accurate)?

I'm going to guess that Brazilian taxes have something to do with the high priced one?

What Don said.  I think there is something on the order of a 30% advantage to keep it in Brazil.
