I remember seeing that airplane in Reno years and years ago. I believe it was owned by a 7Up bottler at one time.

The lesson, if you read the NTSB report closely, is don't try to take off with full flaps in a 680FL on a hot day...

Commander Northwest has had more than their share of accidents, including one killing the original owner of the company, in a Shrike.
