Updated spec below. I keep adding more equipment including a slaved HSI, a full color engine monitor with fuel flow, etc. The shop is finishing the instrument panel now along with an expert Commander annual. This amounts to a free plane if just the new panel and engine value are considered. Then you have the recently overhauled compact props. Those are $45,000 last I checked. I still see some 500's flying with square tip props, but the 500 hour AD is extremely expensive in my experience.
I'd put the airframe next to any plane with 4,000 hours. I couldn't find a smoking rivet on the structure. It's amazing, but it is a Commander after all. It also has full zinc chromate.
